ZKad Productions certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your details (name, address, email etc...) to any third party. Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge you for the service or product that you are purchasing and will never be given to any third party and is not retained.

We despise spam and we do not give out customer data - nor do we send unsolicited email to you after your purchase. Correspondence is only sent in relation to your order(s).

PHONE ORDERS

We can take your order over the phone and we process your credit card there and then. We do not store financial information after the transaction is complete.We do not create an account for you or share any information you supply with any third party. All financial details such as credit card number and expiration date are transmitted privately and securely through our merchant terminal software and erased from our client terminal machine the moment the transaction has been processed. You do not need to supply an email address with phone orders but if you chose to do so you will be emailed a receipt of your order and sent a shipment email upon mailing of your package.

PAYPAL

Currently we use Paypal to authorize and process online customer payments. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase items from zkad.com. We cannot view or store your private credit information with orders placed online and all transactions are handled securely with encryption.

SECURITY

We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be e-mailed or retained. ZKad Productions take every effort to ensure that the information provided on our site is correct and up to date.

NEWSLETTER

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter you will periodically receive information regarding new products, hints and tips and occasionally links to discounts. The email address you enter will only be used for this purpose and not be shared with any other party. You can unsubscribe at any time by re-entering your email address on the newsletter page and selecting the unsubscribe option. You can also unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of every newsletter we email to you.

Here at ZKad Productions we are in the business of making 3D animation and audio. That's how we make our living. We don't profit on the side from customer information gained from an order - we don't sell it, lease it or share it with anyone. We respect your privacy and have no mechanism in place to use your personal information in any way except to deliver your purchases in a timely fashion.
