CLIENT:

Motorcycle accessory lighting company "Dogvoodoo Lights" needed a slew of animations for a new instructional video titled "Lights, Bikes, Action", a complete guide to installing motorcycle accent LED lighting. We accurately modelled the motorcycle in 3D that was used in the video (a Harley Davidson 09 Fatbob) and then created several animations including a fly-around showing the LED lights' position on the bike. In what may be one of our largest physical virtual studio set commissions to date we created a huge area for the Ministry of the United Kingdom of Christ Fellowship's broadcasts. Many multiple angles allowed for ultra versatility as well as each shot having an embedded alpha channel to allow footage to be added into the background monitor in post production. We also provided a wealth of extra shots such as swoops and also a 60 second title sequence which incorporated the entire concept of the show with the set being displayed in Heaven flown through the Pearly Gates. Following on from the creation of a brand new logo and look for 2009, Vic Johnson and his team at Goals 2 Go needed a new intro/logo animation and a custom built virtual studio set. Book author Thrity Engineer and her group utilized our expertise to visualize their laser to light bulb logo for use in their videos and promo material. Despite the simplicity and brevity of the animation it encapsulated the entire concept including relevant audio.

World-wide renowned Heart To Heart International Ministries chose us to turn their existing flat logo into a state-of-the-art 3D version along with appropriate animation. The scene begins as the camera zooms over the sea only to reveal that we're flying over the Heart To Heart International Ministries logo. We also provided compatible background and lower third animations.

Production house Velocity Video needed their logo spruced up into 3D along with a couple of other animations. We took the 2D logo and recreated it precisely in 3D. This gave us the flexibility to whiz it around letter by letter and make a great looking ident for the company.

The Ukiah Speedway needed a brand new logo made and animated for their shows, promos and videos. We took their course track shape and forged a totally unique logo containing lots of subtly animated elements such as the checkered flags and the wheel etc. The result was a classy looking bronze-like logo which flew in and settled on a seamless loop. We also rendered it to bill-board sized resolution for print work. We also made a fantastic infinitely length-adjustable lower third with smooth waves and diamond-plate look too.

CLIENT:

Series 3 of award-winning show "Stepping Outdoors with Richard Tharp" found us revamping lots things as well as adding some new stunning animations and items. The title sequence was reworked to include sponsor logos and we also made many 100% photo-realistic rotating sponsor object animations with embedded alpha channels for ultimate versatility. Jennifer Weeks, founder of Moving Pictures, commissioned us to model and animate a series of 3D objects with embedded alpha channels so the in house talent could make their own unique backgrounds. From falling leaves to baby toys, sports stuff to wedding items we produced 30 seamlessly elements that the team at Moving Pictures used to create some great media.

CLIENT:

Director of Operations, Bruce Anderson needed a 30 second animation for Maryland Poison Center's promos, reels and commercials - something to also loop on the in-house monitors. Taking the theme objects from the MD Poison website, we crafted a somewhat psychedelic trip down a forbidding tunnel with the various items of 'danger' floating towards the viewer. This created an eye catching professional intro for the Center and University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and we appreciated being involved.

MyTalkingBooks.com needed Sesame Street characters made into an interactive teaching online 'book'. We redesigned Elmo and Friends from scratch using a proprietary articulated spline-based 2D system. This ensured the pages would be small to download off the web but versatile enough to have lots of movement to keep the visuals interesting. This project was quite a departure from out usual style but the results were a great success.

CLIENT:

New York based design company had the monumental task of designing and creating numerous silk-screen banners for all of the fancy-dress theme balls held aboard the "largest dance floor at sea" the Queen Mary 2 during the July 4th 2005 celebrations. For the centerpiece of the ballroom they needed a styled waving US flag projected behind the orchestra. We stepped in to create a flowing CGI Stars and Stripes animation that lasted one full hour and even seamlessly looped.

Award-winning sporting show "Stepping Outdoors with Richard Tharp" needed the show's idents, stings and opening revamped for the second series. We took the existing 2D title and extruded it to 3D then animated it. This kept the branding that had been established in the first series but added a new dimension of movement previously unavailable. We also threw in some interesting items such as the logo branding animation and designed and coded their website.

Media Support Group needed two specific sets of animations for their client - a fun Ice Hockey ice-resurfacing machine race and a package of 10 animation stings to accompany it ('Goal', 'Penalty' etc). Shown at live events the 3 race system and stings are a big hit and adds excitement to the half time show.
